What is the warranty of the Classic 15Our Warranty is one of the best available and is as follows: 1. General Limited Warranty Wolfeboro Boats provides this limited warranty to the original retail purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended recreational use. This warranty is not transferable. 2. Structural Hull and Deck Warranty Wolfeboro Boats warrants the structural integrity of its hull and deck against any major defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to normal use. This warranty covers the boat’s primary structure but does not extend to accessories, modifications, or aftermarket installations. 3. Component Warranty A limited warranty covers factory-installed, essential components, such as: Electrical Systems: Coverage for 3 years against defects in factory-installed electrical systems, wiring, and controls. Steering Systems: 3-year coverage on factory-installed steering mechanisms, ensuring safe and effective operation under normal use. Fuel Systems: Limited to 3 years, covering factory-installed fuel tanks and fuel lines, provided they’re used in compliance with intended fuel types. 4. Gelcoat and Cosmetic Coverage Wolfeboro Boats provides a limited warranty for 1 year from purchase on cosmetic aspects such as gelcoat, against major flaws in materials or workmanship. This warranty excludes minor cosmetic changes due to regular exposure to sunlight, water, and other environmental factors. 5. Upholstery and Canvas Warranty The boat’s factory-installed upholstery and canvas are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty excludes normal fading, wear, or damage due to exposure or improper care. 6. Exclusions from Coverage The following are not covered under this limited warranty: Normal Wear and Tear: Expected maintenance, routine wear, and the gradual breakdown of parts. Environmental Damages: Discoloration, corrosion, and mold from environmental exposure. Misuse, Abuse, and Modifications: Damage due to mishandling, overloading, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or any alterations not authorized by Wolfeboro Boats. Commercial Use: Coverage does not apply if the boat is used for commercial purposes. Incidental Damages: Wolfeboro Boats is not responsible for damages to trailers, accessories, or personal items onboard. Damage, deterioration, discoloration or mold of cushions or cosmetic surface finishes, including scratches, gouges, chips, chalking, blistering, cracking, crazing, fading or oxidation of gel coat, stress lines, plated or painted metal and stainless steel finishes, plastics or acrylic materials, or anti-fouling bottom paint. 7. Limitations of Liability Wolfeboro Boats’ liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund for a defective part or component. Any repairs or replacements under this warranty will be at Wolfeboro’s discretion, and the company is not responsible for incidental damages or costs associated with boat transport, downtime, or travel. 8. Warranty Claim Process To make a warranty claim: Notification: Report the issue promptly to an authorized Wolfeboro Boats dealer with proof of purchase. Inspection: Bring the boat to your closest dealer for inspection. Determination: Wolfeboro Boats will evaluate the claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or another remedy is most appropriate. 9. Disclaimer This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for the customer and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
